Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate in F&A within the I2C program to support invoicing and billing accuracy in a hybrid role based in the Monterrey area (San Pedro Garza García).

You will collaborate across departments and ensure timely, compliant processing while handling audits and customer inquiries. The role emphasizes MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and problem-solving in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships and work across multiple systems.
• Experience with MS Office, including Excel; SAP/Oracle knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions per management.
• Support invoicing process and distribute invoices timely and in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve issues.
• Address customer complaints and questions with a professional approach.
• Keep track of daily operations and assist with audits and cleanups.
• Resolve issues or mistakes promptly and maintain internal controls.
