Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Specialist in F&A with strong R2R and closing experience. You will manage month-end closing, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations while ensuring KPI/SLA adherence and timely audit evidence submission.

Responsibilities include reviewing journal entries, balance sheet accounts, and coordinating intercompany processes. Collaboration with customers and ongoing process improvements are key components of the role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s level education in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience with closing & reporting processes.
• Knowledge of intercompany processes and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate/B2) required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-of-month closing activities and related reporting.
• Prepare and review balance sheet accounts and reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany processes and quarterly audit deliverables.
• Review and posting of month-end journals and KPI/SLA adherence.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and customer relations.

Reporting & consolidations.
