Genpact Ltd. seeks a Front Line Manager for F&A - R2R to oversee journal entries and the month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting across entities. You will drive process improvements and mentor the finance team while partnering with senior leadership.

The role requires strong knowledge of Oracle and SAP ERP, with a focus on record-to-report, intercompany activity, and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work in Mexico is supported, with career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master degree in Finance is a plus.
• CFA and FRM certifications may be beneficial as noted by listed trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee journal entries and month-/year-end closing for timely reporting.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities per regs.
• Manage Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, depreciation.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with leadership on reporting strategies and efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the accounting team with a culture of accuracy.
