Job summary

Genpact is seeking an AP Specialist to support end-to-end accounts payable activities in a hybrid Mexico-based role. You will calculate and post transactions, process PO and Non-PO invoices, verify payment approvals, and ensure accurate vendor data and voucher coding.

The position emphasizes process quality and AP enhancements. The role requires a solid accounting foundation, AP experience, and strong data analysis skills, with English proficiency for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in accounting, commerce, economics, finance or related field.
• Proficient in AP processes and financial accounting concepts.
• Experience with automation and data analytics in finance.
• Strong English language skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, post business transactions and process invoices for AP records.
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices and verify payment approvals.
