Uber Freight is seeking a Customer Support Specialist II to support end-to-end execution of freight shipments, ensuring on-time performance and accurate system updates. You will maintain strong communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service issues and drive continuous improvement.

Region of impact: North America. This role requires proactive problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Manage daily activities related to booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery confirmation for shipments.
• Ensure shipment details and references are entered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate customs documentation and cross-border transfers.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers about status and issues.
• Train interns or new team members on daily tasks and best practices.
