Samsung SDS America in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Forwarding Sales Manager to drive sales targets in Freight Forwarding, win new clients, and present tailored logistics solutions including fulfillment services and local transportation.

You will lead end-to-end sales, collaborate with Pricing, Legal, and Operations to structure profitable proposals, manage AR/AP, and build strong customer relationships across levels, including international clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and transportation.
• Ability to build relationships with customers at all levels.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve non-captive sales targets for Forwarding Team from existing and new customers.
• Set up short- and mid-term strategies for US forwarding business in ocean, air and road freight.
• Identify and engage potential clients; present tailored logistics proposals.
• Participate in bid processes and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from leads to contract closure.
• Collaborate with pricing and legal teams to structure profitable proposals.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and coordinate with operations.
• Monitor AR/AP and coordinate with claims/customer service.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and more.
