A leading logistics company based in Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join its team. The role involves ensuring high customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and supporting streamlined processes in logistics. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service and logistics, with a strong focus on communication skills. The position offers a monthly salary of Php 20,000 to Php 25,000 and includes government-mandated benefits. Work is on-site, located at Laguna Technopark.

Formación

• At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding company.
• Ability to attend face-to-face interview is a big advantage.
