Tasks And Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering on financial targets by providing a reliable financial steering (alignment operational/financial planning, target setting, resource allocation, deviation analysis, mitigation plans).
- Closely partners with Commercial Mexico/CC OPF businesses and his/her sales team to ensure financial performance according to targets and driving strategic and operational agenda.
- Monitoring / Guiding customer specific incentive plans (Rebates / Discounts).
- Performing continuous Financial Risk analysis and proposing corrective actions if needed.
- Translates business strategy into operational planning.
- Provides a high level of financial transparency for the area of responsibility.
- Drives and is strongly involved in efficient projects, continuous improvement initiatives etc.
- Key representative in the NAM Sales and Operational Plan’s project charter.
- Aids in the development of market opportunity analysis, highlighting potential opportunities. Works with marketing and sales to operationalize plans, thereby increasing market share.
- Leads and tracks Mexico’s OPEX expense. Reports on trends and run rates, recommending corrective actions when needed.
Who You Are
- BS/BA Degree in finance or business-related discipline required in finance or business-related discipline required.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance / functional management positions.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Strong technical / system capabilities.
- Profound finance knowledge.
- Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional networking skills.
- Key Competencies include plans & aligns, strategic mindset, courage, collaborative, manages complexity, influencing, drives results.
