Ayvens in Mexico City is seeking a sales support specialist to provide operational and administrative assistance to Key Account Managers, ensuring smooth fleet management and accurate contract administration. You will respond to client inquiries, manage documentation in Salesforce and Aldavar, and coordinate with Maintenance, Insurance and Billing to deliver outstanding service.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within automotive or fleet management.
• Experience handling contractual documentation and operational leasing processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and administrative support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) in fleet management and contract administration.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely responses per SLAs.
• Follow up on incidents (maintenance, insurance, claims, fines) and coordinate with internal teams.
• Update internal systems (Salesforce and Aldavar) and manage contractual documentation.
• Monitor contract expirations and credit lines for renewals and updates.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Insurance, Remarketing, Collections and Billing to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain CRM data for customers, fleet, and contacts.
• Prepare quotations for new vehicles and contract changes within 48 hours.
• Support for business presentations, reports, and fleet performance analysis.
