A leading automotive company in Mexico is seeking a professional to develop strategies for penetrating the fleet market. Responsibilities include creating the annual fleet policy, managing budget controls, and deploying sales policies for VIP and employees. Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in sales and product management, along with mandatory automotive knowledge. This role emphasizes maximizing sales and profit within the automotive sector.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of experience in District Sales, Product, Aftersales, or Field Operations.
• Mandatory automotive experience required.
• Strong understanding of financing and accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Create the fleet annual policy to maximize sales and profit.
• Generate roles and processes to control the fleet budget.
• Control and follow-up on the annual fleet budget.
• Deploy VIP and employee sales policies.

In charge of create the strategy in order to penetrate on the fleet market, by product, by channel and type of customer. Also to create the relationship with big car consumers such as rent a cars.

Responsibilities

• Create the fleet annual fleet policy in order to maximize sales possibilities with maximum profit possibility.
• Generate the roles and process to control fleet budget in order to not over spend on the annual budget plan.
• Create, control and follow-up the annual fleet budget in order to maximize sales within the profit perspective.
• Generate and deploy the VIP and employee sales policy.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience inDistrict Sales / Product /Aftersales / Field operations.
• Automotive experience (Mandatory).
• Financing and accounting skills.
• Aftersales and retail experience.
• Floor plan and finance understanding.
