Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
• Up to 4-5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations
