Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the Product Support area, supporting fleets and equipment at customer sites.

This role emphasizes timely problem resolution, reliability improvements, and strong collaboration with Fleet Managers and Field Teams worldwide. Qualified candidates have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 4–5 years of field service experience, and the ability to analyze technical data to provide actionable recommendations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
• Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations
