This role emphasizes timely problem resolution, reliability improvements, and strong collaboration with Fleet Managers and Field Teams worldwide. Qualified candidates have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 4–5 years of field service experience, and the ability to analyze technical data to provide actionable recommendations.
