Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Product Support professional to analyze and resolve field issues, supporting fleet operations and customers across sites. The role requires engineering discipline, hands-on troubleshooting, and reliability-focused thinking.

Relocation is available for this position, and visa sponsorship is not offered. Candidates should be open to travel and thrive in cross-functional, customer-facing environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
• Up to 4-5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
• Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.

• Valid U.S. visa (required)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
• Strong communication skills in English
