Caterpillar seeks a technically skilled engineer for a Product Support role in Veracruz, Mexico. You will troubleshoot equipment, support fleet operations, and travel up to 50% to customer sites under LTSA contracts. Strong English and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and 4–5 years of field service experience, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations. Visa and relocation considerations may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field).
• Up to 4-5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely technical support to Fleet Manager and Field Teams.
• Ensure rapid resolution of fleet events and improve reliability.
• Deliver accurate technical analyses and reporting for stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in cross‑functional environments.
• Work in customer‑facing roles to ensure satisfaction under LTSA contracts.
