Kraft Heinz in Mexico City seeks a Manager for Finance AI Architecture to deploy and scale AI tools across the Finance organization. You will lead deployment engineering, create enablement materials, manage intake and releases, and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases and governance artifacts.

You will mentor one Senior Analyst, partner with IT and Audit, and report to the Global Fin Capability Lead in Mexico City. Strong data/AI experience is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics, or technical program management with AI/ML deployment experience.
• Able to read Snowflake pipelines and Python code, and understand agent configurations.
• Experience deploying or scaling analytics tools to business users in an enterprise.
• Ability to drive adoption of technical tools with non-technical users and manage governance artifacts.

Responsabilidades

• Own deployment pipeline for Finance AI agents and tools across Finance pillars.
• Build and own the Finance AI enablement layer with guides, onboarding, and training content.
• Manage intake and release processes for deployment requests and sequencing.
• Maintain Finance AI knowledge base and living documentation with versioning.
• Track adoption metrics and report insights to Architecture Lead and pillar teams.
• Support change management and remove adoption blockers with targeted interventions.
• Develop and mentor one Senior Analyst to own deployment tracks independently.
• Coordinate with IT, InfoSec, and Internal Audit on deployment governance.
