Kraft Heinz in Mexico City is seeking a Senior FP&A/Commercial Analytics professional to lead the GCC team’s FP&A and Commercial Intelligence workstreams. You will build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines and Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, and partner with the Chicago pillar to drive timely reporting.

The role requires five years in FP&A or data analytics, hands-on Snowflake/SQL/Python, and the ability to mentor at least one teammate in a distributed team.

Formación

• Five years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or data analytics.
• Hands-on Snowflake data platform experience; SQL and Python at production level.
• Power BI dashboards built for finance users with time-conscious stakeholders.
• Knowledge of FP&A mechanics (budgets, forecasts, variance) and commercial finance (trade spend, P&L).
• Experience mentoring at least one team member; comfortable in a distributed team (Chicago/Amsterdam).
• Familiarity with SAP/S4 data in finance or commercial context.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, CS, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop one Senior Analyst: set priorities, maintain output quality, run structured reviews, and foster growth.
• Own FP&A and Commercial Intelligence workstreams: budgeting/forecasting automation, variance analysis pipelines, consolidations, ad-hoc analytics.
• Own Snowflake data pipelines and Power BI dashboards supporting FP&A and Commercial Finance analytics.
• Maintain data quality and audit standards across GCC outputs, validate pipelines, and document data lineage.
• Interface with Chicago pillar, attend standups, communicate status, flag capacity issues.
• Support month-end close and forecast deliveries for FP&A and Commercial Finance.
