EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking an AI Solution Engineering Manager to elevate how teams build, test, and ship software by embedding AI into daily workflows, tooling, and pipelines. You will evaluate AI-assisted development approaches, coach engineers on safe adoption, and partner with DevOps and product teams to measure delivery impact.

This role offers opportunities to work with multi-national teams on innovative projects and access to extensive learning resources.

Formación

• 7+ years in AI solution engineering or developer enablement.
• 7+ years in AI/ML strategy within software delivery.
• Experience with AI Agents Frameworks applied to engineering workflows.
• Experience with AI DIAL for AI-enabled development.
• Strong stakeholder management to guide tooling changes.
• Full-stack context across front-end and back-end systems.
• Proficient IDE and developer tooling knowledge including Git and CI/CD.
• Strong metrics to define productivity improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; coaching engineers on AI practices.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Assess current frontend and backend workflows for AI opportunities.
• Evaluate and deploy AI-assisted development tools.
• Design AI-driven automation for testing, docs, and code reviews.
• Integrate AI checks into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps partners.
• Create standards for safe and ethical AI usage in engineering.
• Run workshops and training to improve AI adoption.
• Measure productivity impact using delivery and health metrics.
• Iterate tooling configurations and prompts based on feedback.
