Kraft Heinz in Mexico City seeks a Manager, Finance AI Architecture to lead deployment and enablement for AI tools across Finance. You will deploy production components, author enablement materials, and coordinate governance with IT and Audit teams.

You will mentor a Senior Analyst, drive adoption, and ensure documentation is accessible to diverse Finance users while maintaining SOX controls.

Formación

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics, or technical program management with AI deployment
• Able to read Snowflake pipelines, Python code, and agent configurations
• Experience deploying or scaling AI/ML tools to business users in a large org
• Proven ability to drive tool adoption among non-technical users
• Understanding of data governance, access controls, and SOX requirements
• Managed or mentored at least one person in a team setting
• Can translate between technical teams and finance stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Own the deployment pipeline for Finance AI agents and tools, from validated components to production use
• Build and own the Finance AI enablement layer with user guides and onboarding content
• Own intake and release processes, manage deployment queues and readiness gates
• Maintain Finance AI knowledge base, docs, prompt libraries, and versioning
• Track adoption metrics and feed signals to architecture leads and pillar teams
• Support change management for Finance teams adopting AI tools with targeted interventions
• Develop and mentor one Senior Analyst to own deployment tracks
• Coordinate with IT, Security, and Internal Audit on deployment governance
