Siemens is seeking a Data and AI Delivery Lead for our Americas Analytics and AI team, based in our Mexico office, onsite. You will drive data and AI use-case delivery, translating business needs into technical specs and evolving data products toward AI-ready assets.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leverage Snowflake Cortex, MCP, and agentic AI frameworks, and apply SAFe to plan and deliver projects in a manufacturing and industrial context.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years in data engineering, data product development, or AI delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of data lakehouse, data mesh, and data-as-a-service patterns.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, SQL or Python, and AI-ready data modeling.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiar with SAFe and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical specs.

• Lead data and AI delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality use case development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reimagine processes using Agentic AI.
• Visualize possibilities with data and AI and drive adoption across functions.
• Understand industrial processes to keep data products business-aligned.
• Break down complex problems into deliverables and plan in SAFe.
• Provide regular PMO status updates on projects.
• Evolve data products to AI-ready assets supporting Snowflake Cortex and MCP.
• Coordinate with citizen developers and IT partners for seamless integration.
