PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an AI Developer - Senior Manager to lead large projects across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and drive training and adoption to optimize operations.

In this role, you will mentor teams, shape strategic technology initiatives, and communicate impact to clients and stakeholders. Travel up to 20% may be required, with delivery focused on operational excellence and client outcomes

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the implementation and integration of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency.
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives.
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of business applications.
• Managing complex projects and guiding teams through ambiguous and challenging situations.
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders.
• Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on feedback.
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high‑performing, diverse teams.
• Directing the team in strategic planning and execution of technology‑driven initiatives.
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across consulting projects.
