Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Toluca, Estado de México, covering the Estado de México and Morelos. You will install, implement, maintain and repair Agilent and multi-vendor systems on-site, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a science degree, willingness to travel, and strong English communication. A remote work option is available, with a full-time schedule and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or related scientific discipline.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%+ of the time.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, implement, maintain and repair hardware/software/network products on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Provide preventive maintenance guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with internal Agilent teams (Support, Sales, Marketing, R&D).
• May train field engineers or customers on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
