Snibe is seeking a regional technical support professional in the Mexico, Jalisco area to ensure Maglumi systems operate smoothly. You will collaborate with regional sales and distributors to enhance end-user satisfaction and promote reagents, while collecting installation data and maintaining key distributor relationships.

Responsibilities include on-site or online support, training local engineers, and managing reagent/spare parts logistics and complaints for regional customers.

Formación

• Above 5 years’ experience worked in IVD area, strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Bachelor degree or above in related subject.
• Candidates with service experience in total laboratory automation line (biochemistry & immunology) are preferred.
• Good communication skills and hardworking.

Responsabilidades

• Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor to improve end-user satisfaction.
• Provide regional technical support (on-line or on-site) to ensure Maglumi system works properly.
• Promote reagent parameters and improve reagent consumption per analyzer.
• Collect Maglumi installation information and follow up reference customers.
• Give service training to local engineers and establish relationships with engineers from different distributors.
• Handle reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and manage returns and complaints.
• Perform other tasks required by Snibe.

• Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user;
• Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user;
• Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer;
• Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;
• Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills;
• Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains;
• Other tasks needed from Snibe

Requirement
