The Manitowoc Company is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative in Mexico to act as a technical advisor, promoting aftermarket parts, maintenance contracts, and service solutions. This field-based role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include site visits, developing proposals with Service Managers, and supporting both new and existing accounts while managing quotes, orders, and CRM records.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years in heavy construction equipment industry.
• Experience in sales, preferably parts/service/aftermarket.

Responsabilidades

• Visit client jobsites to assess equipment health and recommend parts or service solutions.
• Promote PMAs, crane/component rebuilds, and product support programs.
• Perform crane inspections, prepare quotes and discuss results with customers.
• Generate quotes for repairs, track orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer records, equipment data and sales pipelines using CRM.
