ARSAN International Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to develop and expand business across Northern Mexico, including Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, and Coahuila. The role manages the full commercial cycle from market development to quotation, negotiation, order, delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

Formación

• 6+ years in technical B2B sales, sales engineering, or territory sales.
• Experience selling material-handling solutions or related industrial products.
• Proven success prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business.
• Experience managing consultative sales with technical requirements and quotations.
• Ability to manage a broad territory with minimal supervision.
• Experience interacting with engineering, operations, supply chain, and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~50% in Northern Mexico.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a structured commercial plan for Northern Mexico.
• Identify and develop new industrial customers.
• Generate opportunities in target markets and applications.
• Expand existing accounts and cross-sell products and programs.
• Conduct customer visits to determine requirements.
• Provide consultative technical-sales support and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate proposals with internal teams and prepare quotations.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting to payment collection.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and provide regular reports.
• Meet or exceed commercial KPIs.
