Job summary

Motorola Solutions Mexico is seeking a technical expert to lead post-sales deployment and ongoing support for intricate radio and telecommunications systems. This role spans pre-sales support, system design contributions, and field deployments across core and remote sites.

The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end installation, configuration of core infrastructure, and post-implementation service with a focus on quality, reliability, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications, Computer Systems, Informatics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable technical setting.
• Travel requirements up to 50%.
• English proficiency at a B1–B2 level or an equivalent standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team during RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
• Assist design with system architecture and technical capabilities.
• Aid engineering with coverage mapping, antenna configuration, and frequency planning.
• Conduct surveys for core and remote locations to evaluate prerequisites for project setup.
• Develop a technical deployment roadmap and manage end-to-end installation at facilities.
• Configure and install transceivers, antennas, routers, switches, and core infrastructure.
• Maintain records of installation and configuration activities for as-built documentation.
• Perform field-based evaluations including coverage, interference, and intermodulation analyses.
• Deliver post-implementation services including system warranties and routine maintenance.
