You will promote AE loyalty programs, share product knowledge, and assist customers with styling and promotions. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Provide product knowledge via company tools to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers by suggesting looks based on individual style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and introduce customers to additional channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise and label damaged goods correctly at shift end.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
