Danfoss Commercial Compressors seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end materials and logistics in Apodaca, NL. You will direct planning, inventory, and warehouse operations across multiple product lines, shaping a disciplined, data-driven function that stabilizes supply and strengthens performance.

You will build capabilities, coach teams, and partner with cross-functional colleagues to proactively mitigate risks and optimize material flow. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• Experience leading materials management, supply chain, logistics, planning, or warehouse operations in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of planning, inventory, warehouse ops, and logistics, incl. import/export.
• Hands-on SAP or similar enterprise planning systems experience.

The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss Commercial Compressors, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the reliable flow of materials that keeps our manufacturing operation running and our customers supplied. Based in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will lead end‑to‑end materials and logistics activities for a complex manufacturing environment supporting multiple product lines.

This is an opportunity to build a highly disciplined, data‑driven Materials & Logistics function that creates stability, improves planning accuracy, optimizes inventory, and strengthens operational performance. Your work will directly influence production continuity, customer delivery performance, and business results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead materials planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations to ensure reliable material availability and on-time customer delivery.
• Build structured planning processes, performance routines, and operational disciplines that improve predictability, accountability, and execution
• Develop planners, warehouse teams, and logistics professionals through coaching, capability building, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce inventory risk, improve material flow, increase warehouse productivity, and lower logistics costs.
• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, quality, engineering, finance, and customer service teams to proactively identify risks and keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading materials management, supply chain, logistics, planning, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of materials planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes, including import/export activities.
• Hands-on experience using SAP or comparable enterprise planning systems to support planning, inventory, and operational execution.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, establish operating discipline, and drive results through collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
