Danfoss Commercial Compressors seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end materials and logistics in Apodaca, NL. You will direct planning, inventory, and warehouse operations across multiple product lines, shaping a disciplined, data-driven function that stabilizes supply and strengthens performance.

You will build capabilities, coach teams, and partner with cross-functional colleagues to proactively mitigate risks and optimize material flow. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• Experience leading materials management, supply chain, logistics, planning, or warehouse operations in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of planning, inventory, warehouse ops, and logistics, incl. import/export.
• Hands-on SAP or similar enterprise planning systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead materials planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
• Build structured planning processes and routines to improve predictability and execution.
• Develop planners, warehouse teams, and logistics professionals through coaching and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce inventory risk, improve flow, and lower costs.
• Partner with manufacturing, procurement, quality, engineering, finance, and customer service to identify risks and keep operations running smoothly.
