5+ years in building or facility maintenance
2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Experience with preventive maintenance planning and KPI management

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of building maintenance technicians
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for building infrastructure
Coordinate with production to minimize disruption to manufacturing
Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance
Manage external contractors and facility improvement projects
