Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Building Maintenance General Supervisor for our Piedras Negras site in Coahuila, Mexico. You will oversee daily maintenance, lead the team, and drive reliability across building systems while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.

You will develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities with production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and technical maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervising maintenance teams in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems including compressors and AC.
• Experience with preventive/corrective maintenance programs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team to meet key performance indicators.
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor maintenance performance indicators and optimize equipment reliability and costs.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with Mexican regulations and 6S.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities with facility needs.
