Michael Page International México Reclutamiento Especializado S.A. de C.V. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and facilities strategy for a growing manufacturing operation in Mexicali.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve asset reliability and performance. The role requires a strong background in utilities management, leadership of technical teams, and a track record of driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial maintenance and facilities management.
• Experience as a Maintenance/Facilities/Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the maintenance and facilities strategy for a complex manufacturing operation.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Drive automation, digitalization, and efficiency initiatives across maintenance and facilities functions.
• Manage utilities including electrical systems, HVAC, water systems, and building infrastructure.
• Lead capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, expansion initiatives, and sustainability programs.
• Develop and coach multidisciplinary technical teams while fostering accountability and execution.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance initiatives in a growing manufacturing operation.
• Take ownership of a high-impact leadership role.
• Develop and execute the overall maintenance and facilities strategy for a complex manufacturing operation.
• Ensure maximum reliability, availability, and performance of critical assets and utilities.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Drive automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency initiatives across maintenance and facilities functions.
• Manage critical utilities including electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and building infrastructure.
• Lead capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, expansion initiatives, and sustainability programs.
• Develop and coach multidisciplinary technical teams while fostering accountability and execution.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role is required.
• Strong background in maintenance strategy, asset reliability, utilities management, and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving organizational change.
• Experience supporting manufacturing growth, operational expansion, or infrastructure development projects.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certifications (PMP or equivalent).
• OSHA training/certifications.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, RBA, CTPAT, and other compliance frameworks commonly used in world-class manufacturing environments.
• Experience within electronics, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing industries.
