Job summary

Littelfuse seeks a Building Maintenance General Supervisor in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. You will lead the maintenance team, develop preventive and corrective programs, and drive reliability across facilities and equipment.

You will manage operating costs, ensure compliance with Mexican regulations, and participate in audits while mentoring staff and aligning maintenance with production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance in industrial settings.
• Experience supervising and developing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems including high-capacity compressors and air conditioning.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of Mexican regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Ishikawa or similar problem-solving tools.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• English proficiency (B2–C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the maintenance team to meet performance KPIs.
• Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize equipment performance and costs.
• Lead improvement projects for equipment, facilities, and production areas.
• Ensure safe operation and reliability of building systems.
• Support internal and external audits (IATF and VDA 6.3).
• Utilize Excel to analyze maintenance data and support decisions.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
