Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required with 1–3 years assisting senior-level executives.
• Excellent technical secretarial skills.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Plant Manager's daily calendar and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare correspondence and reports; handle travel arrangements.
• Screen inquiries and manage visitor access.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives per EBS/CIF.
• Coordinate internal/external communications and filing.
