Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division in Tijuana is seeking a High Performance Work Team Manager (Production Supervisor) to lead manufacturing, new product introduction and production of deliverable product to meet customer expectations.

You will oversee hourly, indirect and salaried resources, drive safety and continuous improvement using the Eaton Business System (EBS) and CIF frameworks, and coach a High-Performance team to exceed key performance metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience leading others.
• Proficient in reading and writing English (95%).
• Customer focus (internal and external).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and lead activities in manufacturing, new product introduction and production to meet customer expectations.
• Manage hourly, indirect and salaried resources and align load with demand.
• Drive safety, quality and continuous improvement using EBS and CIF.
• Lead High-Performance Work Teams (HPWTs) to improve metrics and engagement.
• Coordinate Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings to support local initiatives (Near Miss, JSA, IDEAS, etc.).
• Achieve BOS metrics including HIGH 5: TRCR, On-Time Delivery, DPPM and utilization.
• Promote positive leadership, engage employees and empower decision making.
