Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the EUC function across our Mexico operations. You will oversee end-user IT services, device management, endpoint security, and Level 1/2 support coordination.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and process improvement skills, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft endpoint technologies and networking. This position focuses on policy enforcement, secure environments, and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in IT support and end-user computing

• 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role

• Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft technologies

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi)

• ITIL Foundation or higher certification preferred

• Microsoft or Azure-related certifications are a plus (e.g., MD-102, AZ-104)

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to end-users and resolve complex hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate Level 1 and Level 2 support for timely resolutions.
• Manage and maintain end-user computing environments (desktops, laptops, mobiles).
• Implement IT policies related to end-user devices and security.
• Conduct health checks, updates, and performance optimization for end-user systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and assist in network device configuration with network specialists.
• Define KPIs (MTTR, CSAT, First Call Resolution, Asset Utilization) and ensure SLA adherence.
• Create user guides and documentation for Level 1/2 support and end-users.
• Train end-users on advanced IT procedures and tools; promote knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on EUC enhancements and upgrades.
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts; track inventory and restock goods.
