Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a senior IAM professional in Mexico City to design, deploy, and manage enterprise IAM solutions powered by Microsoft Entra ID and CyberArk.

The role requires extensive JML governance, access reviews, and cross-team collaboration to maintain governance and security across cloud and on-prem environments. You will lead SSO, MFA, risk-based policies, and privileged access workflows, while providing hands-on administration of Entra ID and CyberArk platforms.

Formación

• 13–15+ years of hands-on IAM/PAM experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and Azure SSO.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in CyberArk Core PAS components.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including IGA/JML, Entra ID Protection, CA, MFA, SSO, and CyberArk.
• Own and operate JML lifecycle management using Entra ID Governance features for timely access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Configure and manage Entra ID Identity Governance capabilities such as access packages, lifecycle workflows, entitlement management, and access reviews.
• Design and enforce Entra Conditional Access and risk-based policies using Entra ID Protection, aligned with Zero Trust.
• Lead implementation and support of SSO integrations, MFA, and adaptive authentication across cloud and on-prem apps.
• Hands-on administration for Active Directory, Entra ID, Identity Governance, Identity Protection, and CyberArk platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication and access issues across CA, SSO, JML/IGA, CyberArk, and On-Prem AD.
• Configure and maintain CyberArk CPM and PSM components for privileged access use cases.
• Execute access reviews, certification campaigns, and RBAC reviews for governance, audit, and compliance.
• Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests within SLAs; ensure IAM stability and security.
• Drive automation, SOPs, cross-team collaboration (HR/IT/Security), audit support, and continuous improvement.
