Job summary

Placements24 busca un Especialista en E-commerce y Gestión de Tiendas Online para cuidar listados de productos, gestionar pedidos y coordinar inventario en Cuernavaca. Deberá mejorar la experiencia del cliente y apoyar el crecimiento de ventas en plataformas propias y marketplaces.

Se requiere experiencia en gestión de tiendas en línea (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), orientación al detalle y habilidades comunicativas en español. Trabajo presencial en Morelos.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, TI o campo relacionado.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en operaciones de e-commerce o gestión de tiendas en línea.
• Experiencia comprobada con plataformas Shopify, Magento o WooCommerce.
• Conocimiento de merchandising online, cumplimiento de pedidos y servicio al cliente.
• Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo y excelente capacidad organizativa.

Responsibilities

• Gestionar y mantener listados de productos en varias plataformas, asegurando descripciones, precios e imágenes precisos.
• Supervisar el proceso de fulfillment y envíos puntuales.
• Coordinar con almacén para stock en tiempo real.
• Atender consultas de clientes por email, teléfono o chat.
• Actualizar contenido del sitio: información de productos, banners y blogs.
• Monitorear rendimiento del sitio y la experiencia de usuario para mejoras.
• Asistir en implementación de nuevas características y funcionalidades de ecommerce.
• Analizar datos de ventas y feedback para identificar tendencias e insights.
• Colaborar con marketing y operaciones para asegurar una experiencia de cliente cohesiva.
