North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Ciudad Juárez to manage recruitment processes and attract top talent across multiple platforms.

The role requires interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and delivering a positive candidate experience, with focus on administrative, professional, and mid-level roles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of recruiting

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Experience recruiting administrative, professional, and mid-level management positions.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and recruitment process management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
