North American Production Sharing, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Tijuana. You will manage postings, source candidates, and coordinate interviews across multiple platforms to attract top talent in our manufacturing focus.

The role requires experience in recruitment, strong English skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities to deliver a smooth candidate experience from first contact to hire.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting administrative, professional, and mid-level management positions.
• Experience using multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal databases).
• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and recruitment process management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Post and manage job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Source and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
