Job summary

Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Epic Willow Associate to support medication management workflows and healthcare IT solutions for U.S.-based healthcare organizations. This role is designed for a healthcare or pharmacy professional who wants to develop specialized expertise in Epic and healthcare IT consulting.

Epic experience or certification is not required to apply. You will collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, operational, and technical teams to configure, test, and support medication

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, pharmacy, healthcare IT, or related environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Experience with ticketing, application support, or case management systems.
• Understanding of medication management workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and continuous-learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support medication management workflows and application requests.
• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of medication-related information, including medication names, dosages, and presentations.
• Manage application tickets, documentation, and system updates.
• Provide application support to physicians, nurses, pharmacy teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application and workflow issues.
• Validate application changes and support accuracy and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, operational, and technical teams.
• Support testing and validation of application changes.
• Maintain application documentation and support materials.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities.
• Support healthcare technology initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare organizations.
