Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Epic AMB Associate to support ambulatory care workflows and healthcare IT solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.

This role focuses on understanding clinical workflows, analyzing problems, and translating needs into effective system solutions within a healthcare IT consulting context. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, and technical teams to implement, upgrade, and optimize Epic-related workflows while building specialized

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in ambulatory care, outpatient healthcare, clinical operations, healthcare IT, EHR/EMR support, clinical applications, or related environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with healthcare information systems, EHR/EMR platforms, clinical applications, or ticketing/support environments.
• Understanding of ambulatory/outpatient healthcare workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate workflow requirements into clear system-related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support ambulatory and outpatient clinical workflows within Epic.
• Analyze requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to ambulatory care.
• Support configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Translate ambulatory workflow requirements into actionable system solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize workflows.
• Participate in testing and QA activities for system enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation and support resources.
• Engage with clinicians and operations teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
