Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Epic ClinDoc Associate to support clinical documentation workflows and healthcare technology for U.S. healthcare organizations.

This role welcomes candidates with experience in clinical documentation, nursing, healthcare operations, EHR/EMR systems, or healthcare IT and offers opportunities to develop Epic expertise and, if eligible, pursue certification.

Formación

• 1–3 years in clinical care, nursing, healthcare operations, clinical applications, health IT or related environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with healthcare information systems, EHR/EMR platforms or ticketing/support environments.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support clinical documentation workflows within Epic.
• Analyze requests, incidents and workflow issues related to clinical documentation.
• Assist with configuration, testing, validation and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support workflows related to clinical documentation, patient information, forms and processes.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolutions.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance for system enhancements.
• Document current and future-state processes and maintain materials.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, clinicians and IT teams supporting U.S. clients.
• Participate in optimization initiatives and ongoing improvements.
• Support implementation, upgrades and enhancements as applicable.
• Maintain accurate issue, requirement, testing and resolution records.
