Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Epic HB Associate to support hospital billing workflows and healthcare IT solutions for U.S. clients. This role focuses on analyzing requests, incidents, and workflow issues across hospital billing processes within Epic.

You will collaborate with patient financial services, revenue cycle leaders, clinical and technical teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions, while continually learning Epic capabilities and healthcare IT practices.

Formación

• 1–3 years of professional experience in hospital billing or related environments.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with healthcare information systems, billing systems, EHR/EMR platforms, or ticketing environments.
• Understanding of hospital billing and/or revenue cycle workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Attention to data accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support hospital billing and revenue cycle workflows within Epic.
• Analyze requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to Hospital Billing.
• Support workflows involving hospital charges, billing, claims, payments, and accounts receivable.
• Assist with configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, hospital operations, clinical, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
• Participate in testing and QA for system enhancements.
• Support implementation, upgrades, optimization, and enhancement activities.
• Create and maintain documentation and support resources.
