allnex, a global coatings leader, is seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative in Mexico to deliver outstanding service. You will be the main contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries, and concerns with efficiency and accuracy, in a fast-paced team environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure timely communication, order entry in SAP, shipment tracking, and proper documentation, while building strong customer relationships and

Formación

• Experience in customer service and basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Strong customer focus and initiative.
• Proficient with standard office software (MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Takes care of customers and their orders, inquiries, and complaints in a fast, friendly and professional manner.
• Receives customer orders via email, portal, EDI, or phone and enters them into the ERP system.
• Follows up on orders and negotiates delivery dates, quantities, and partial deliveries.
• Manages customer complaints and implements solutions related to Customer Service.
• Ensures timely communication, shipment tracking, and documentation with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinates with all areas of the Supply Chain and with internal/external stakeholders.
• Handles VMI/consignment stock processes when required.
