Deliverect in Mexico City seeks an Enterprise Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical assistance to high‑value customers, handling complex troubleshooting with cross‑team collaboration to ensure business continuity.

You’ll use AI and API development tools to speed resolutions, support POS integrations, and maintain strong customer relationships across our growing global platform. This role offers growth in a fast‑moving SaaS unicorn shaping the future of restaurant tech.

Formación

• Fluency in English is required.
• 2–3 years of experience from restaurant digital order management environments & POS integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance to high-value accounts via multiple channels.
• Proactive troubleshooting and thorough follow-ups to strengthen customer trust.
• Coordinate with CX Team Leads, Managers, Finance, Developers and Partnerships teams.
• Notify internal stakeholders of quality issues for continuous improvement.
• Own escalations during off-hours and weekends; escalate to management when needed.
• Utilize AI and API development tools to assist in complex troubleshooting.
• Maintain timely ticket follow-up and high-quality resolutions.
• Think creatively to troubleshoot and involve peers quickly to avoid delays.
• Stay organized with CX management tools to ensure smooth workflows.
