Formación

• 3+ years in technical support or a related field.

• Strong analytical and SQL/ERP troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify technical or system issues with customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test solutions; document findings.
• Escalate when necessary and follow procedures for client-server apps.
