Coupa is seeking a Sr. Principal Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of the Coupa platform for large and strategic customers across LATAM. You will oversee delivery, governance, and risk management while mentoring Engagement Managers and ensuring executive alignment.

You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and partners to drive value realization, program governance, and successful engagements across multi-project portfolios in the LATAM region.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in systems applications consulting, Professional Services, or enterprise software delivery environments.
• Experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations and managing multiple engagements.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Experience providing strategic oversight, executive governance, and leadership across a portfolio of projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer engagements, on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, building trusted relationships.
• Lead implementations from mobilization through deployment and go-live with governance and resource planning.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and guide cross-functional teams and partners.
