Globalli is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end client implementations of the Globalli platform from kickoff to go-live. You will serve as the primary project manager and client point of contact, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Payroll Ops, Benefits, Customer Success, and local payroll partners to ensure timely, scoped, and successful deployments.

• 3–5+ years of experience managing SaaS software implementations or technical project management.
• Experience with enterprise software, HR technology, HCM, payroll, or workforce management platforms strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingual: Portuguese, Spanish and English; fluent in all three languages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee testing activities including UAT and readiness for production.
• Coordinate client training sessions and onboarding activities.
• Share best practices and contribute to scalable implementation methodologies.
