The role emphasizes a business-case approach, with access to executive sponsorship and rapid commercial decisions, including uncapped earnings and accelerators for top performers.

Formación

• Typically five or more years in B2B software or complex technology sales.
• Proven over-performance in new business sales: quota attainment, pipeline creation.
• English and Spanish language at business level.

Responsabilidades

• Own a defined territory and named-account set, manage the pipeline from first conversation to signature.
• Close multi‑stakeholder, multi‑site enterprise deals with clear business cases and MEDDICC.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, IT and finance to align stakeholders and drive value.
